Data we collect

We store your name, email, work preferences, country or region, holiday edits, planned leave selections, app settings, and consent choices so TimeUnlocked can provide calendar and leave planning features.

Optional permissions

Calendar, location, and notification permissions are optional device permissions used only for the features you enable: saving leave plans, detecting your region, and sending reminders.

Email updates

Marketing or product emails are optional. You can turn them off from Profile at any time.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app from Profile, or submit a request at /account-deletion.
